Born in Alcanena, the chef started out as a pastry chef until he decided to take on bigger challenges, having proved his virtuosity in hotels and restaurants from the Algarve to London. Passionate about Portuguese cuisine and awarded a Michelin star, chef Louis Anjos creates surprising dishes based on the ingredients of the region in which he works.
